Questions

Before you enrol

What does "typical time to certificate" mean?

It is the average time our clients take to get certified for that exam. It is for reference only: your actual exam and pass date depend on the certifying body's exam schedule and the exam date you have reserved.

My exam isn't listed. Can you help?

Probably. Message us on Telegram with the exam name and we'll let you know.

When will I sit my exam?

That depends on the certifying body's exam schedule and the exam date you have reserved. Your assistant shapes your prep around that date.

What is a personal 1-to-1 assistant?

You get one dedicated assistant for your exam. They work through your situation with you, answer your questions, and help with eligibility and booking. Everything happens on Telegram.

What does 100% Guaranteed Passing mean?

All services in the package stay included until you pass your exam. If you need another attempt, your assistant stays with you at no extra cost. Official exam and retake fees are paid to the certifying body and are not included.

Does the package include the official exam fee?

No. Exam fees are paid directly to the certifying body (for example PMI, ISACA, PeopleCert or ETS). Your assistant helps you check eligibility and book.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled by Stripe. You can pay by card, and by Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. FoxyCert never sees your full card details. You'll get a receipt by email.

What happens after I pay?

At checkout you give us your Telegram username. Your assistant messages you there to get started around your reserved exam date.

100% Guaranteed Passing.
